Happy NPFAS Month!

So it’s National Physical Fitness and Sports Month; how are you celebrating? After an interminable winter, getting outdoors is positively delightful. Consider meeting with friends for a long walk in green spaces like public parks. Regarding sports, I’m personally not a fan of the competitive variety but there ARE alternatives (number 10 made me smile).

Whatever type of movement you choose, be sure to start slowly, cool down gradually, and stretch after physical activity. Stretching just plain feels good! Why not stand up right now and run through a few?
